The mission of St. John’s Christian Preschool is to prepare young children for academic, spiritual success by providing them with the tools they will need for a well-rounded life and a personal, loving relationship with God.
Developmentally appropriate curriculum and personalized activities are implemented in the classroom. A variety of teaching techniques reflect our belief that every child learns in his or her own way.
Some of our teaching methods include self-discovery, small group activities, large group experiences, literacy and mathematical explorations, art projects, learning centers and dramatic play. Christian Connections and thematic units foster both a love learning a love of our Lord.
All preschool employees are required to have a current Criminal Background Check and a Child Abuse Clearance. And, the teachers are certified and trained in CPR and first aid.
