The Congregation Council will be hosting a farewell luncheon and reception for Pastor Newhart that will be held in the Parish Hall on Sunday, December 2, directly following the 10:30 am service. Please mark your calendars now. More information will follow. We hope that you will be able to join us. Help express our gratitude to Pastor Newhart!

During that gathering, Congregation Council would like to present Pastor Newhart with a monetary gift from the Congregation. If you would like to donate toward this monetary gift, please mail or drop off your check, made payable to St. John’s, to our bookkeeper Anna in the Church office, no later than 3:00 pm on Monday, November 19.

We have been told many times by recipients and their families that receiving cards from members of St. John’s brings great joy to them and their loved ones

The Installation of St. John’s new pastor, The Rev. Jeffrey S. Carstens, will be held on Sunday, January 20 during a special worship service and celebration beginning at 4 p.m. Following the worship service, a fellowship celebration will be held in the Parish Hall.
