One of the many things we are thankful for at St. John’s is an event like the spaghetti dinner on Oct. 25. A great time for fellowship, the dinner is also one way we help those around us—with proceeds from the dinner helping people both through a local food bank and through ELCA World Hunger.

On Sunday, Maryann Freer, president of council, wished Vicar Jonathan well and gave him a token of our appreciation for leading the shared youth ministry program.  Vicar Jonathan will graduate from Philadelphia Seminary and move to South Dakota to pursue his call.
