Help Groceries Plus – Food Pantry

You are invited to help Bethel Bible Fellowship Church in Emmaus as they continue to serve the Emmaus community through their food pantry – Groceries Plus.

At the January Outreach Committee meeting, we continued to brainstorm ways we can help those in our community who are in need. After talking with Kathy, the church secretary at Bethel, we learned that the following items are in short sup-ply: paper towels, toilet tissue, Kleenex, tooth-brushes, toothpaste and laundry detergent. Mone-tary donations are also accepted.

You can drop your items directly at their church. The Bethel Bible Fellowship office is open weekdays from 9:00 am-4:00 pm. There is a box inside the main door off the parking lot where you can place your items or go into the office area that is close by and hand them directly to Kathy. If you want to call ahead before stopping that would also be fine.

Thank you for continuing to be God’s hands and feet, putting your faith into action.

Online Holy Communion the First Sunday of each Month

St. John’s will celebrate the sacrament of Holy Communion during the online service on the first Sunday of each month.

If you plan to view the worship service online, please feel free to have some bread and a small cup of wine or juice at hand and celebrate Communion at home. The type of bread and wine/juice doesn’t matter. You may use whatever you have available.

Pastor Jeff looks forward to sharing Holy Communion with you each month.
