February is the month that the American Heart Association designates for the promotion of “heart health. In light of this, we encourage you to think not only of your valentine, but to reflect on your own health status and also encourage you to think about how you might acquire skills to save a life.
Saving a life at our church is as easy as following the calming instructions from the simple-to-use AED voice prompts. You may have noticed that St. John’s has two AEDs for use by both our congregation and community members that use our facility. Heart saving CPR/AED training will be offered. Attendees will earn a CPR certification.
